We are pleased to be able to offer our guests an indoor or outdoor salon experience (weather permitting).
Our services need to be paid for in advance. 50% of which is non-refundable for no shows. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours of your service date by clicking a link in the booking email confirmation.   
Please select your service from the options below and then click CHOOSE YOUR DATE & STYLIST. This will then prompt you to choose your preferred stylist (colour services are booked with Polina automatically) , date and time for your appointment. Next Add to cart then make payment. This payment will prompt the system to book in your appointment. In the confirmation email you receive you will even have a link to cancel it and reschedule if you need to. A minimum of 48 hrs notice is required to CANCEL or POSTPONE an appointment. We have the right to amend your stylist or appointment date if a stylist booked in unavailable.

Covid-19 Protocol & Waiver

All our salon guests are required to sign our Covid-19 waiver to receive any treatment at the Trepadora salon. Please download the form here to sign in advance or bring a pen to sign a copy when you arrive.

We request all guests to notify us when they arrive. Please remain in your car until we call you into the salon. Please bring your own mask as it is required to be worn before entering our premises. All staff will be wearing face masks. We will aim to have only have 2 guests in our salon at any one time. Thank you, we look forward to pampering you and your curls.

Unfortunately all refreshments are suspended, as are magazines. You may bring your own bottled drinks and a book/electronic device. However you will need to ensure that you keep these with you throughout your appointment and any devices are fully charged before you come to the salon.
